Cadre Management Services incorporating Cadre Personnel Services was established several years ago to provide a new dimension to the field of Executive Recruitment and Human Resource Management.

From the outset, it was never our intention to be the biggest within the Australian Recruitment and Labour Hire industry, as we do not believe that biggest is always best. At Cadre Management Services we prefer to have success measured in terms of our client relationships and the personalised / professional service we provide.

Cadre Management Services has been awarded "preferred supplier" status for the provision of Recruitment and HR Management Services, including Contract Labour to all Victorian Councils, as well as Non Statutory Authorities throughout the state.

To be selected as "preferred supplier" to local government throughout the state of Victoria, Cadre Management Services had to satisfy stringent quality and cost standards within a very competitive market.

Cadre Management Services is a competency based recruitment firm that has one primary objective; "to place the right person in the right position". In doing so, we drive business success through human performance.

With a desire to expand the range of services offered to our clients, Cadre Management Services has set out to provide the highest standard of integrated HR services, ranging from payroll administration to payroll bureau services, IR advice & advocacy services to more complex issues such as IT solutions designed to improve client performance.
