Cadre’s Personnel Management Division focuses the skills, experience and expertise of our Management Services toward a premium executive recruitment service.

Our approach is to initially gain a comprehensive understanding of our client’s business structure, personnel requirements and work environment with a view to establishing a long term relationship based on providing a personalised service that will deliver the ‘talent’ needed to meet the challenges of the client’s business, and to achieve a sustained improvement in employee performance and profitability in the long term.

Cadre Personnel Management recruitment process includes a combination of discretely approaching highly qualified candidates in the market who may not be actively seeking a change in employment, and which otherwise would not normally come to the client’s attention, supported by an effective advertising strategy designed to attract only the highest calibre of candidates.

Importantly, discretion is maintained at all times to protect the confidential nature of the information provided by both the client and prospective applicants.

Following an extensive review process structured around specific objectives Cadre Personnel Management analyse and evaluate each candidate’s aptitudes, qualifications, achievements, employment history, professional and personal interests, as well as career aspirations.

Only candidates that Cadre Personnel Management consider satisfy the professional and personal requirements of the position, as well as the profile of the organisation are ultimately referred to the client for consideration.

In the event the work performance of the applicant does not meet the requirements of the position as originally specified by the client, Cadre Personnel Management provides a six month guarantee period from the date the initial appointment.

Should such a circumstance eventuate Cadre Personnel Management will undertake the replacement assignment, at its own cost, excluding any external costs such as advertising etc. which may be incurred.
