Cadre Management Services was established several years ago to provide a new dimension to the field of Business Advisory Services; our “key” objective is to provide “cost effective solutions to business problems”.

The term “Cadre” is a French word that literally means “a nucleus of trained personnel around which a larger organisation can be developed”.

Through collaboration with our business partners, Cadre Management Services consists of a team of business “professionals” who are committed to assisting Australian business improve their performance through more efficient use of the resources (people and assets) that they have available.

Our company consists of a select group of business advisors, each of whom is well qualified within their respective field of expertise, and unlike many consultants operating within the market today, each of our advisors has a lifetime of previous business experience within Australian industry behind them.

We are committed to a partnering approach with each of client, and working with the client in such a way that “ownership” of the project is progressively accepted by the client over the life of the project.

Our approach is to deliver solutions measured against pre-agreed performance criteria (KPI’s) which are designed to add sustained value to the client’s business over time.

Collectively, the Cadre team of business advisors have over 300 years of “hands-on” professional experience in dealing with many of the issues confronting business today.

It was based on this experience, and a history of providing professional service at a cost effective price that Cadre Management Services was recently appointed a “Preferred Supplier” to local government under the state governments’ “Best Value” legislation enacted in 1999.

Our selection as a “Preferred Supplier” to local government followed a rigorous tendering process, during which our company had to satisfy stringent quality and cost standards within a very competitive market – obviously, we are justly proud of our most recent achievement.
